We are based in the UK and currently post once a week. We use Royal Mail as our postal service of choice, the delivery times specified by Royal Mail apply after your order has been marked as shipped.

International deliveries are sent out using the international priority option, tracked is available if you choose to pay for the upgrade.

Customs fees, duties and import taxes: 
We are based in the UK. If you are from outside the UK, it is your responsibility to check the requirements for import tax, fees and any applicable duties. It is your responsibility to pay these if they are applied to your order with your customs agency.
